Our Process

When you come in for your appointment you will need to bring all your tax documentation with you. You will then have a one-on-one meeting with one of our tax preparers. They will go through a comprehensive questionnaire with you to ensure that you are not missing any deductions or credits that are available to you. For those with busy schedules, we also offer a tax drop off service.
After you meet with one of our preparers, the next step depends on the complexity of your return. If your tax situation is simple, you will receive a complete copy of your tax return the same day. If your tax situation is more complex, your tax preparer will work on it over the next several days and have you come back later in the week to pick it up.
